With Asphalt shingles we offer a variety of options and colors. The shingle options available are in the IKO Shingle. The shingles available through IKO are the Dynasty, Nordic, and the Armourshake all these options come with a non-prorated warranty period on complete re-roofs.

They back our work with a non-prorated warranty period for shingles and accessories on complete re-roofs. They back our work with a 20-year non-prorated warranty period for shingles and accessories. *The Class rating for the IKO Shingles is worth mentioning. The Dynasty is a class 3 Hail rating. The Nordic has a Class 4 Hail rating. This is a big deal, don't forget to let your insurance company know the class rating of your new roof, there could be some perks to letting them know!
What makes IKO stand out?
- Polymer-Modified asphalt coating acts like a shock absorber, to get a higher Impact rating. One of the thickest shingles manufactured.
- Nail Holding Power- The shingle is reinforced with IKO's ArmourZone. This is a 1 1/1" wide nailing surfaced for correct nail placement that has a woven band that is tear-resistant. This helps withstand strong winds by giving a more fastening strength over a wider surface area and avoiding nails pulling through.
- IKO quarries, crush and color their granules along with manufacturing their very own fiberglass mat that makes up the interior of a shingle. This means no third-party material delays within the IKO manufacturing process.

Asphalt Roofing Products
The asphalt shingles that we offer are the IKO Performance & Designer shingles. The Architectural shingles are: Dynasty, Nordic, and the Designer shingle is the Armourshake. Also, all shingles come with a non-prorated warranty period. We apply the shingles to ensure they qualify for the enhanced wind warranty of 130 MPH. However, all non-prorated periods are for complete re-roofs only.
